Join me for a short, informal 20-minute Zoom session from the dlr LexIcon Library and Cultural Centre —the largest and most visited of Dublin’s 60+ public libraries.

• 8:30 AM EST (NY time)

This is our very first Morning Coffee—a casual opportunity to say “cheers,” ask questions, share ideas, or just peek inside another library setting. My goal is to host these once or twice a month, sometimes from unique locations.

Interested in presenting at the  OCM Fall Conference?

Are you interested in presenting at the OCM fall conference in October? There is an opportunity for a small group to present on banned books.

The goal of the presentation is to explore programming, displays, and interaction that supports access to banned books while avoiding ideological debates with families, students, teachers, and staff. 

• Presenters will work collaboratively to build the presentation
• The presentation will include but not be limited to conversations about past banned books, such as Charlotte’s Web, Wrinkle in Time, Junie B. Jones
